The project began with a careful inspection of the new Sungrow batteries. Each module has a capacity of 3.2 kWh. The team received two stacks of batteries, with each stack initially consisting of three modules. The goal was to add two more modules to each stack. This project involved expanding a SunGrow SBR HV LiFePO4 battery system by adding two additional battery modules per stack, enhancing the system's overall energy storage capacity. The process included verifying the manufacturing dates of the new batteries, matching the state of charge with the existing batteries, integrating the new modules, and updating the system settings to ensure proper functionality.
